The slightly cooler evening temperatures and setting sun found the campers and coaches outside for the evening session. The campers were divided up into two conferences based on their age. The younger campers were placed in the ODAC Conference, while the older campers were identified as the Centennial Conference.
The Centennial Conference was further divided into two groups based on position. Goalies and defensemen worked on clearing. The attack and midfield players focused on dodging and shooting. At the end of the session, all of the positions came together and worked on numbers situations (3 vs. 2 and 4 vs. 3).
The ODAC Conference spent more time on the fundamentals, such with pair man passing, and ground balls. They finished the session with 3 vs. 2 drills.
The time on the turf went well and was enjoyed by all! Following session, the campers cleaned themselves up and made their way to the Fir Tree for some delicious milkshakes and other refreshments before turning in for the evening.
